a. We offer shipping within New Zealand only.

a. We offer a flat rate shipping fee as advertised at the time of checkout.

Delivery Timeframes:  

a. Please note that the estimated delivery time is provided by the shipping carrier and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In most instances delivery times are 1-2 days North Island and 3-4 days South Island.

b. We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking Orders:

Delivery Address:

c. EuroCloth.co.nz is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Modifications and Cancellations: 

a. Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible after your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. 

b. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Non-Delivery and Lost Packages: 

a. In the rare event that your package is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team. 

b. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. 

c. EuroCloth.co.nz is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
